Vivid ultramarine blue silk top matched with balloon-shaped purplish navy skirt, 
the skirt has folded in the front top and makes extra hem, short in front and long in back.
There's blue tassel charm shiny with metal and bead hanging from the skirt's waistband,
and the cape-like outer is actually extra skirt that upper-class ladies used as a veil.
I used  black patterned trasparent silk and extra long purple ribbon
for elegant but mysterious look.
